We had the most wonderful time at Rockside Cabanas, it was truly a hidden gem. The German owners were incredibly kind and gave us helpful tips for exploring the area. The rooms in the main house were spacious and well-equipped, and the terrace and garden were perfect for relaxing. The best part was the beautiful beach just steps away, where we were lucky enough to see turtles. The hotel also had a natural pool, which was great for kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We were a bit disappointed with the lack of air conditioning in the room, even after paying extra for an upgrade. there was some noise from the nearby train line and main road, which made it difficult to relax at times.
